Jig, Fixture, and
Tool Building
From our drawings or yours, we build jigs, fixtures, and tools to meet
specified geometry and dimensions.
Fit-Welding
With our overhead cranes, parts weighing a few pounds to 20 tons can be
moved easily and properly positioned for welding. The gas shield can be
varied for different metal fusions. Welds are free of slag deposits and
are ideal for multiple-pass welding and fast cleaning.
Preparation/Painting
Our on-site mechanical preparations include shot peening and sand blasting.
We also do solvent and acid cleaning. Painting includes the necessary
primer to prepare the surface for the final coating, which can be epoxy,
flock glass epoxy, phenolic, and enamels of various colors. We measure
mil thicknesses to ensure that your coating affords the desired protection.
Heat Treating
JenTech offers in-house heat treating to meet your specifications. Services
include normalizing, stress relieving, annealing, quench and temper, and
case hardening. Our largest furnace has a volumetric capacity of 48"
x 36" x 72".
