Machining Capacity
Our machine shop envelope complements our fabrication operations. Any
part we fabricate we can turn, mill, drill, and bore. We have vertical
and horizontal CNC 4-axis machining centers and vertical and horizontal
CNC turning centers. These machines are complemented with manual machines
to provide an efficient workflow. Operations include turning, boring,
broaching, milling, grinding, drilling, threading, gear and spline hobbing,
and shaping. At your request, components can be attached to your product
during machining at no extra cost.
Assembly
Assembly gives you complete made-to-order products. By applying bearings,
oil seals, fasteners, cables, and other purchased items, we prepare your
fabricated goods for use right off the shelf. Assembly can also serve
as a final check to ensure that your completed products function as intended.
